NOT a Waldorf salad

An excellent snack! It takes only 5 ingredients and tastes so much better than the traditional Waldorf salad. I never really liked raisins in this salad and mayonnaise was never appetizing to me. But this version is absolutely worth trying!!!

Plain Yogurt (I used Activia)

1 Sweet Apple chopped

Celery (2/3 of one stick), chopped

Walnuts (handful), chopped

1 Tablespoon raw acacia honey

This one here is the kids’ version with just apples, yogurt and honey.
